How to ask for deletion#

If you are a Client who connected an account to the Platform

  • From the dashboard: Accounts, then disconnect the account, then turn on "Also delete this account's data". Deletion starts immediately for that account only.
  • From Facebook: open your account settings and choose Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations), then "Almujeb AI", remove it and ask for its data to be deleted. Instagram has the same under its apps and websites settings. The request reaches us from Meta and we answer with a confirmation code and the link to this page.
  • By email: write to [Contact email] from the address registered on your account.

If you are a person who messaged or commented on a page that uses the Platform

You granted the Platform no permission, and what you wrote is kept within that page owner's conversations. Ask the page owner for deletion, or write to us at [Contact email] with the page name, an approximate date and your identifier if you know it, and we will delete what concerns you from the Platform or refer your request to the page owner.

Removing the app and requesting deletion#

Removing the app in Meta's settings on its own only withdraws the sign-in grant: replies stop and the accounts are marked "needs reconnecting", and the data stays. A data deletion request deletes it as follows.

What is deleted#

The request deletes the data of the accounts the requester connected:

  • Comments, direct messages and conversations, and the related people's data (identifier, name and username).
  • The replies we sent, and pending and finished send actions.
  • Incoming notifications as received and their processing log.
  • The "once per person" record of comment rules.
  • The account's post data we fetched (excerpt, link and thumbnail), which also removes rule links to specific posts.
  • The access token and the sign-in grant from Meta, and the account picture link.
  • The requester's identifier with us: it is erased when the request completes, leaving only a technical fingerprint (hash) that lets us prove the request was carried out without keeping the identifier itself.

What is kept#

  • The shell of the disconnected account: its name, its Meta identifier and its settings, so the Client can reconnect without setting up again.
  • Reply rules, reply instructions and knowledge sources, which the Client wrote and which are not people's data; the Client can delete them from the dashboard.
  • The audit log: who did what and when, by identifiers and counts without texts.
  • The model-call log and the usage ledger and counters, as numbers without texts, and account-status alerts.
  • Subscription, billing and commission records, because they are financial records.
  • What is in backups until they expire (14 days).
  • The Client's own account data on the Platform (name, email and workspace): this request does not touch it; to delete it write to [Contact email].

A page connected by more than one administrator#

More than one administrator in the same workspace may connect the same page through their own Facebook account. One administrator's request does not touch a page that was later reconnected under another administrator's grant: it stays connected with its data because its latest connection belongs to that administrator, and its data is deleted when they ask for it or the owner disconnects it from the dashboard.

How long it takes#

Deletion runs in the background and usually completes within minutes, longer if there is a lot of data. If it cannot run for a moment we retry automatically. If your request has not completed after more than a day, write to [Contact email] with the confirmation code.
