Acceptance#
By using Almujeb AI (the "Platform") or creating an account on it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of a company or business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to them.
The Platform may not be used by anyone under 18 or without the legal capacity to contract.
The service#
The Platform lets you connect Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts, reply automatically to their comments with rules the Client sets, and to their direct messages with a smart reply generated by a language model according to the Client's instructions and knowledge, and follow conversations and activity in the dashboard. The Platform is operated by [Operating entity name].
The Platform is not made by, affiliated with or sponsored by Meta.
Account and workspace#
- You provide accurate details when registering and update them when they change.
- You keep your sign-in details safe and do not share them.
- You are responsible for the activity of your workspace members and for the roles you give them.
- You tell us as soon as you learn of any unauthorised use of your account.
Connecting accounts and Meta permissions#
- You confirm that you administer the Page or account you connect, or are authorised by its owner.
- By connecting you grant the Platform the permissions Meta shows in its consent dialog: listing Pages, reading posts, comments and messages, replying to them, and subscribing to the account's notifications.
- You can withdraw the connection at any time from the Accounts page or from your account settings at Meta. Once withdrawn, the Platform stops receiving the account's notifications and replying to it.
- Your relationship with Meta is governed by its terms and policies, including its messaging policies and community standards, and you are responsible for your use complying with them.
- The Platform depends on Meta's services, which may stop, change or be restricted without that being in our hands.
Acceptable use#
You must not:
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or any messaging that breaches Meta's policies.
- publish content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes others' rights.
- impersonate a person or organisation.
- collect people's data for anything other than replying to them.
- attempt to breach the Platform, exceed its limits or get around plans.
- use it in any way that breaches an applicable law.
Your content and your responsibility for it#
- You keep ownership of what you write in the Platform: instructions, knowledge and rules. You grant us a limited licence to process it as needed to run the service for you.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you put in your instructions, knowledge and replies.
- You are responsible for telling the people who message your account that the reply is automated where a law or Meta's policies require it; the Platform lets you set a disclosure text that is attached to replies.
Automated replies and AI#
A language model generates the smart replies, and they may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You decide their instructions, knowledge and activation, and you are responsible for the replies sent in your account's name. Try your replies in the test window, follow the conversations, and switch the smart reply off when needed.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of replies or their suitability for a particular case, and they are no substitute for professional advice.
Subscription and quotas#
Plans and their limits (number of accounts, channels and monthly replies) are shown on the Subscription page in the dashboard. We may change plans, prices and limits and will announce it in the Platform.
Payment, cancellation and refund terms, where payment applies, are shown at purchase and apply to it. A gift code grants a plan for a set period under the code's terms. The partner programme has its own terms, shown on its page, for those who join it.
Availability and change#
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruption or errors, and it may be affected by Meta outages or changes to its interfaces or limits. We may develop or change the service, or discontinue part of it.
Suspension and termination#
You may stop using the Platform at any time by disconnecting your accounts and requesting deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or abuse the service, or if a law or the protection of the Platform and its Clients requires it. On termination your data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability#
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for Meta restricting or blocking your page or account because of your use, for replies sent in your name, for lost sales, profits or reputation, or for outages of Meta's services or of the model provider.
Our total liability to you is limited, to the fullest extent the law allows, to what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity#
You undertake to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these terms, your content or your replies.
Governing law#
These terms are governed by the laws of [Country] and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Changes to the terms#
We publish any change on this page and update the last-updated date at the top. Continuing to use the Platform after publication means you accept the change.
